In Math,
Students took another look at inequalities and evaluated values from a specific set of numbers to determine if an equation was true by using substitution. Students also worked on Order of operations, assigning a value to a variable and solving an equation, recognizing "like terms" and understanding the distributive property. Students completed digital assignments, task cards and worksheets, as well as played games and working with the teacher in small groups.
In Science,
Students reviewed heat transfer by investigating conduction, radiation and convection. Students created a visual with the research they had collected. Students in Eisenhofer's science class completed the unit with the Matter assessment. Mrs. Boice's class will finish next week.
